Dice Words is a fast, competitive word game where every player rolls their own set of letter dice and races to build the best word they can before the timer runs out. Each player has 7 dice representing a different iced drink — fruit punch, grape soda, lemonade, or iced coffee. At the start of each round, four ice cube dice are rolled to set the target letters. Your job: use your rolled letters to spell a word that's as long and high-scoring as possible, while matching as many target letters as you can. Match them and your word score multiplies. Miss them entirely and you're left hoping a long word saves you with bonus points. The wildcard "?" die can stand in for any letter, making it the most versatile piece on the table. Up to two rerolls per round mean there's always something to think about — push for a better word or lock in what you have? Scoring is simple: add up letter values, multiply by target letters matched, add bonus points for 5-, 6-, or 7-letter words, and total it up. Play 5, 10, or 15 rounds depending on how long you want to play. Includes optional rules to bring younger players into the game competitively, plus three bonus game modes — Word Jumble, Word Chain, and Dice Words Bingo — along with educator resources and lesson plans.
