Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SnipBucks (“SnipBucks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of snipbucks.com and any related services, features, or applications (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms where presented, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SnipBucks is a deal discovery website that aggregates, organizes, and displays information about Amazon product offers, discounts, and related content. The Service may include optional member accounts, recently viewed deal history, and features that may be added or changed over time, such as price alerts or notification preferences.

SnipBucks is an independent service and is not owned by, operated by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, except as a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program as described in our Disclosure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Some features require a free member account. You may sign in using supported third-party providers such as Google or Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials with those providers and for all activity that occurs under your SnipBucks account.

You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Staff and administrative access to internal tools is restricted to authorized personnel. Public sign-up does not grant administrative privileges.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or automatically extract data from the Service except as permitted by robots.txt or our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization to act on behalf of another person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

SnipBucks displays deal information sourced from third parties and automated systems. While we work to keep information accurate and useful, we do not guarantee that any deal, price, discount percentage, coupon, availability, shipping estimate, or product detail is current, complete, or error-free.

Prices, promotions, coupons, and stock levels on Amazon and other merchant sites change frequently and may differ from what is shown on SnipBucks at the time you view or purchase a product. Always verify the final price, terms, and availability on the merchant's website before completing a purchase.

A deal listed on SnipBucks does not constitute an offer by SnipBucks to sell any product. Purchases are made directly with the merchant, subject to that merchant's terms.

SnipBucks participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on the Service. This does not increase the price you pay on Amazon. Additional details are available in our Disclosure.

Outbound links may include tracking parameters or redirect URLs used to measure clicks and attribute affiliate commissions. By using the Service, you acknowledge this practice.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, text, graphics, logos, and compilation of deal listings, is owned by SnipBucks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, no rights are granted to you.

Product names, images, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to review the claim.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services, including Amazon product pages and OAuth sign-in providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, practices, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SNIPBUCKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEAL, PRICE, OR SAVINGS INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPBUCKS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPBUCKS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SNIPBUCKS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnipBucks and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice on the Service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, except where further consent is required by law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnipBucks regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
